I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bernkastel-Kues. the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated on the outskirts of Kues, it offers a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. Plus, being just steps away from the Moselle river, I was treated to a lovely view from my room.

This hotel had excellent parking facilities, and we found it effortless to get from there to other locations along the river. Moreover, the hotel was in walking distance to the stunning picturesque old town, taking less than 15 minutes. The staff was friendly, and the hotel facilities were exemplary. Furthermore, the cleanliness of this hotel was outstanding, and their fantastic breakfast buffet was a big bonus.

Great View and Clean Room

This hotel had a beautiful view, we enjoyed looking out at the river every day. The room was kept very clean and we appreciated that. the location was perfect since we were able to park right across the street and it was free. It was so convenient to be able to walk around the town and explore since it was so close by.

Our experience at this hotel was not great. To make matters worse, the service was poor and the staff seemed uninterested in helping us or making our stay more pleasant.

This hotel offers great value for money - the prices are reasonable and the portions are generous, just like the delicious snitzle that we had here. The location is perfect, just across a semi-busy road from the beautiful Mosel river, and it's on the outskirts of Kues, which means it's away from the hustle and bustle of the center. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including the spacious modern bathroom with ensuite facilities, were clean and well-maintained. Stayed at Alt Cues for a family trip of a few days. Family room slept 3 comfortably. Loved the picturesque location alongside River Moselle. The Italian restaurant down the road was a great find. Large quiet room with nice beds and a spacious bathroom. Good breakfast, friendly staff, and free parking across the road. Highly recommend!

The noise from the street made it difficult to fall asleep at night. the room was uncomfortably warm and the air conditioning unit failed to provide relief.
